We are pleased to announce that we are now in network for ASH insurances for California patients. We are currently out of network and do not have coverage with Medicare Health Advantage plan versions but are in network for HMO/PPO/EPO for the following:

Steps to Verify Eligibility
(Step 1): To begin your journey with Sacramento cryotherapy, please fill out your new patient intake form online. Ensure you click the insurance button and provide all necessary information, including your name, DOB, insurance carrier, medical record number, group name, and group number.
(Step 2): Schedule an appointment with Spectrum Health Clinic 3-7 days in advance, either online or by calling us at 916-929-8155. If you schedule online before completing your intake form, please remember to include the required details [name, DOB, insurance carrier, medical record number, group name, and group number].
(Step 3): When booking an appointment with Spectrum Pain Management, either online or via phone, be sure to provide a phone number and/or email address so we can reach you with your eligibility results. This information will include your yearly allotted visits, co-pay, and other insurance coverage details.
